Can I have a distance consultation?
We offer video and telephone consultations to both new and existing patients.
Self-funding virtual consultations are now available at a 50% discounted rate during the current outbreak.

Will my insurance cover a distance consultation?
Most major health insurance providers have confirmed they will cover distance consultations in the light of the current situation.
If you are using Private Health Insurance to fund your care, as usual please contact your insurer in advance to authorise.

Are distance consultations secure?
Our distance consultations are fully compliant, in line with data protection regulations and follow insurance guidelines. This means you can be assured that:
- The video stream is encrypted
- There is a direct connection between our clinicians and you
- The session is not recorded by the provider of the service
- The consultation will be held in a private location on our end
- We will protect any personal data or information you give us during the consultation
