Mr Kaser Nazir has more than fifteen years experience assisting with medico legal cases related to foot and ankle issues, for both claimant and defendant.

Timeline

An outline of what to expect during the preparation of a Medico Legal Report with Mr Kaser Nazir

1. Instructions are received. The patient is contacted and consultation provided within two weeks
3. Mr Kaser Nazir will review records and prepare his report between two – four weeks, once all required records have been received
2. The consultation is approximately one hour. Typically arranged in person at 17 Harley Street but a video consultation is possible
4. The finalised report has been prepared and will be sent. Further assessments and reports can be arranged as required

Pricing Structure

Consultation Fee

£300

The consultation consists of a one hour assessment with our consultant, Mr Kaser Nazir

Initial Report Fee

£750

We will have a basis of three hours to prepare the report, where we provide a reduced hourly rate

Additional hourly fee

£300

Each additional hour required to prepare a report or review the patient will have a set hourly rate

Court Date

£2500 full day
£1750 half day

Should Mr Kaser Nazir be required to attend court we will have a fixed rate for either a full day or half a day
