For New Patients / Visitors
If this is your first visit to our practice:
You will be requested to create an account with Carebit.
This will allow you to access all your medical records and
arrange appointments online. If you have any questions please
do not hesitate to contact our office.
For Existing Patients
If you have visited the practice before you can log in to
your Carebit account to arrange a review. Not sure if you
have a Carebit account?
Step 1: Select ‘Yes, sign into Carebit’.
Step 2: On the following page enter the email we have previously contacted you via & choose send magic link.
Step 3: You will then receive an email so you can access your account and book online.
If you are using Private Medical Insurance for your appointment, please ensure you have your insurance details to hand.
